Diana Sá Carneiro was born in Braga in 1979. She started her dance studies in 1985 with Fernanda Canossa and also worked with John Carney, Sandra Esteves, Gillian Anthony, Pauline Wil, Alexander Vorontsov, Liliana Pavlovschi and Helena Mendonça. In modern and contemporary she worked with Jonh Carney, Ìndio Queiroz, Sara Castanheira, Elizabete Magalhães, Teresa Prima, Amélia Bentes  and Ludger Lamers. She has been a ballet classical teacher since  1999 (graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance - RAD) and has also a degree in Microbiology from the Portuguese Católica University of Oporto, obtained in  2001 together with  a master in Molecular Genetics from Minho´s University obtained in 2005.

In 2011  she  founded the  "Ent´Artes – Escola de Dança" . Currently the school  has more than 400 awards including several scholarships for the most prestigious dance schools all over the world.
