SevenDixie arises from the desire of a group of friends to recreate the frenetic and intense rhythms of dixieland, a musical genre born in New Orleans, in the USA, around 1900 and played in street parades, leisure spaces or funeral processions.

Consisting of two trumpets, trombone, clarinet, tuba, banjo, piano and drums, it works as a street entertainment or concert. The sound of this group is powerful, fun, intense and almost always fast paced, providing a public of any age group with a relaxed experience surrounded by humor and traveling through the rhythms of ragtime, blues, jazz, pop and rock, in the style of dixieland.
