Project manager and content producer with over 25 years' experience in the development and execution of complex projects, exhibitions, events, audiovisuals and initiatives linked to culture and education. She has always worked at the interface of creation and production, leading multidisciplinary teams and articulating networks to carry out projects in partnership with cultural and educational institutions.
In the audiovisual market, she worked for more than a decade as a production coordinator for various independent production companies in Rio de Janeiro, as well as coordinating the promotions department for Rede Telecine channels at Globosat.
At the Roberto Marinho Foundation, where she has worked since 2008, she managed the projects to build new museums in Rio de Janeiro's port region, in partnership with the City Hall. She coordinated multidisciplinary teams for content, museography, accessibility, education and technical projects at all stages of the project until the inauguration of the Rio Art Museum in 2013 and the Museum of Tomorrow in 2015, consolidating the port region as a new postcard for the city.
In 2016, he joined the team rebuilding the Portuguese Language Museum in São Paulo.
During this period, she also led the Museum's educational activities and the traveling exhibition Nós da Língua, which took the history of the Portuguese language to Cape Verde, Mozambique, Angola and Portugal. During her time at the Roberto Marinho Foundation, she took on the role of
Production Management during the restructuring process, integrating employees from different areas and creating new creative and collaborative production processes. Later, she took over the Projects Superintendence, being responsible for managing Canal Futura, the Productive and Educational Inclusion Centers, and for implementing programs such as Aprendiz Legal, Telecurso, as well as initiatives such as co.liga, co.educa and various social impact projects.
