Priscila Santana

Curator, conductor, educator and researcher

Priscila Santana is a curator, conductor, educator and researcher with a passion for using music for social change. She is the programming manager of the iconic SummerStage Festival, where she curates 60-80 free cultural events annually in Central Park and throughout New York City, including the Charlie Parker Jazz Festival, and was the guest curator of Global Fest at Lincoln Center in 2025.

Priscila is also a doctoral candidate in music and music education at Columbia University-Teachers College, with a focus on leadership, cultural politics and black feminist studies. Born in Bahia, Brazil, she lives in New York and is the mother of Sofia Eloah.
